STEPS TO CONVERT IMAGES INTO ICONS : 


                         
1.Download Format Factory.
2.Open the format factory.
3.At left side of the application u can see sidebar and that sidebar contains 5 options.
  i)video
ii)audio
iii)picture
iv)Rom device/dvd/cd/iso
v)advanced
4.Select pictures and choose “All to ICO”.
5.Add a file(any image that u want to covert into icon)
6.Choose an output folder.
7.click OK.
8.And finally click “START” button at menu bar area of application
